Here are some views of the interior of the famous
Belvada Building. The Belvada is Tonopah's 2nd
largest and most important historic building.
It
has been boarded up for over 20 years, so when
I
learned of it's sale in the Tonopah Times Bonanza
I
stopped by last Friday, May 20, 2005.
I
introduced myself to Danny, the new owner and
he
was agreeable to my taking some large format
photographs
in the interior. It was my first time in.
The
resulting photos (more later) were done with
my
Deardorff 5X7 camera. No use without permission.
